We know how frustrating it can be to call and business and never talk to a human. We strive to have an actual human answer our phones but occasionally you will get a machine. Please call us at 239-498-5777 and we will answer promptly.
How far in advance to I need to call?
Whenever you call we try to accomodate you. Usually in a day or two we can take care of most situations but sometimes we are busier than at other times and it may take as much as a week out. Give us a try.

Yes. We maintain a presence on X and TikTok and other forms of media but Facebook and the phone are the best ways to talk to someone.
Who are you?
We are Kelly and Lola Edgel. As you may suspect, we have been doing this for over 30 years so we are older than 30 years old. We have been doing this for a long time but find some of the newer technology challenging.
